• Led greenfield product development for an SVP client, designing and delivering Quilting and Embroidery modules from scratch, from discovery and roadmap definition through cross-functional execution and launch.

Product Owner for Ericsson’s Virtual Network Manager – Lifecycle Management (VNF-LCM), a core component of the NFV portfolio enabling 5G and IoT use cases; previously led Product Ownership for the Performance Management suite within Ericsson’s flagship OSS portfolio.

• Led the realization of ETSI-compliant VNF Lifecycle Management interfaces, defining RESTful API specifications and data models across the Or-Vnfm reference point.
• Drove adoption of Agile and engineering best practices, improving team productivity and product quality through structured estimation, design workshops, reviews, and stakeholder demos.
• Represented the product at BU-wide quarterly knowledge-sharing forums (~1,000 attendees), communicating roadmap updates, new features, and technology direction to senior stakeholders.

Raksha is an emergency identification and notification service that automatically detects accidents and alerts emergency responders, enabling faster assistance to victims. The product was shortlisted under NASSCOM 10,000 Start-ups and became part of the Intelligent Sub-Systems for Safety and Integrity in Truck and Passenger-Car Fleets (IS-SI-TPCF) coalition.

• Led the launch of Raksha v1 in March 2014, managing end-to-end go-to-market execution.
• Owned media and public relations, driving press coverage and external communications for the product.
• Engaged with government bodies, partner organizations, and industry forums, representing the company at events such as NASSCOM and TiE.
• Pitched the product to investor networks including IAN, NEN, and NASSCOM 10,000 Start-ups, securing selection for mentoring and ecosystem support.

New Rubric is an edtech startup focused on multidimensional learning and holistic student development. Its product, Kaleido, enables children to grow across multiple dimensions through engaging activities and meaningful feedback, while significantly reducing administrative and teacher workload.

• Led the development of the first product release with a four-member team, owning the journey from needs discovery and concept definition to product design and technology implementation.
• Conducted product demos and pilot trials across three international schools in Bangalore and Hosur, incorporating feedback to refine product readiness.

Worked across multiple telecom product lines for over a decade, spanning Insight & Experience platforms, Network Elements, and TMN/NMS systems. At NSN/Nokia, played a key role in Serve atOnce Traffica—my first large-scale Big Data analytics platform—providing real-time, cell-level visibility into end-user network activity.

• Served as Product & Solution Architect for Traffica, guiding architecture and design decisions, supporting product management in feature prioritization, and leading requirements analysis and backlog refinement.
• Led Agile transformation for Traffica across a multi-site setup of ~75 engineers, achieving a 50% reduction in release cycles within 12 months.
• Acted as UI & Usability Coach, conducting heuristic evaluations across features and embedding usability best practices into iterative design processes.

• Contributed to the ngRNC (Mobisphere joint venture with NEC), participating in pre-analysis, system design, work-split discussions, and cross-company coordination.
• Led design and development of key ONM modules within the 3G product portfolio, including ownership of the Call Trace module with a five-member team.
• Member of the core project team responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training engineers for large-scale telecom programs.
